We invite all of our families to come to us for pickup but also offer travel options for an additional fee (ground transport & flight nanny). PLEASE BE AWARE - THERE ARE SCAM WEBSITES THAT HAVE COPIED MY INFO AND SEVERAL OTHER BREEDERS - THEY ARE ALL SCAMS. Call and speak with the breeder directly and ask for references of a their vet or previous customers. You can also request the breeder take a photo of the puppy with a piece of paper with your name and date on it (be diligent as AI has made it easier to fake photos). There are very few reputable basenji breeders in the US and all of us will have waitlists- this means any website/person saying they have pups ready now (summer) likely is a scam, basenjis can have out of season litters but those pups will be spoken for via the waitlist. Well bred pups from a reputable breeder will almost never be less than $1500 and if they are advertising a sale then it is likely a scam. Be vigilent in your search and always make sure to speak directly with the breeder BEFORE YOU SEND ANY MONEY!
